There are:

2 - LEVEL 1 offenders (low risk to reoffend).

35 - LEVEL 2 offenders (medium risk to reoffend).

15 - LEVEL 3 offenders (high risk to reoffend).

3 - LEVEL 4 offenders that are classified as (sexually dangerous persons).

4- offenders who are awaiting assessment.

 

We have two additional offenders with an outstanding warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration.

 

We also have a website that the public can access for more information. On this website you can see if any offenders live near you and send tips straight to the Sheriff's Office regarding offenders who are not in compliance with sex offender registration requirements.

 

 

General Information:

*Per Arkansas Law, the only offenders that are published on the site are level 3s, level 4s, and level 2s with a victim 14 years of age or younger.
